The Review

Droids Battle Pack is exactly what LEGO Star Wars fans had been wanting for years: an easy and cheap way to build up an army of LEGO minifigures.

It includes a whopping seven Battle Droid minifigures: four ‘regular’ Battle Droids and three Super Battle Droids. It also comes with two ships: a troop transport and a STAP.

The STAP is a huge improvement over the original, and should make fans happy. It doesn’t hold up to the most recent versions in terms of accuracy or detail, but it’s still a nice little model.

The Troop Transport is a good little ship, with space for a driver in the front and five droids in the back.

It’s really pretty incredible that LEGO managed to pack so much playability into a tiny little set, and I can’t imagine anyone would be disappointed after buying the Droids Battle Pack.

Assembly

All of the models in in this Pack are very straightforward builds, and perfect for younger LEGO fans. It shouldn’t take much more than 20 minutes to put this set together.

Conclusion

If you’ve found yourself wanting to build up an army of Battle Droids, then you’ll be thrilled with the Droids Battle Pack. The troop transport and STAP add some nice playability to the set, and make the set a nice gift for young LEGO fans and collectors alike.
